A solid flour tortilla option when you want something classic.

Egglife Egg White Wraps

High protein, very filling, and excellent for breakfast wraps or lighter meals. These are especially helpful for clients who struggle to hit protein early in the day.

Hero Flour Tortillas

Another easy flour option that works well for wraps.

Corn Tortillas

Simple ingredients, naturally gluten-free, and often easier to digest. Perfect for tacos.

Coyotas Cassava Tortillas

A great grain-free alternative for clients who don’t tolerate corn or flour well.

Rise & Puff Gourmet Tortillas

A good neutral option if you’re sensitive to heavier tortillas.

The MKH Way to Use Tortillas

This is how I coach clients to think about wraps:

  • Tortillas are a vehicle for protein

  • Pair with volume like veggies or greens

  • Add fats intentionally and mindfully

  • Choose the option you’ll actually eat consistently
