What I See Every Year When People Wait to Start
Every year, without fail, I see the same pattern.
People say:
“I’ll start after the holidays.”
“January 1 will be my reset.”
“Once life slows down, I’ll focus on myself again.”
And every year, January comes and goes…and most people end up right back where they started.
Not because they do not care.
