If You Love Cardio, Read This

A lot of busy moms love cardio.

Walking.

Running.

Cycling.

It feels like you’re doing everything right.

But if your results have stalled…

It’s usually not because you need more cardio.

Cardio isn’t the problem.

Relying on it as your main tool is.

Because cardio doesn’t build muscle.

And muscle is what actually changes your body.

Muscle supports:

  • your metabolism

  • your energy

  • your strength

  • how your body looks

And if you don’t train it…

You lose it.

Strength training is what creates change.

Cardio supports it.

Not replaces it.

Another thing I see a lot:

Busy moms doing more and more cardio…

while eating less and less.

That leads to:

  • more hunger

  • less energy

  • poor recovery

  • slower progress

Because your body isn’t getting what it needs.

More isn’t better.

Better is better.

What actually works:

  • strength training a few times a week

  • cardio as a supplement

  • eating enough

  • staying consistent

You don’t need to stop doing cardio.

You just need to stop relying on it.

Inside MKH, this is what we focus on:

  • strength

  • structure

  • fueling your body

  • consistency

No extremes.

No overdoing it.

Just habits that work in real life.
