What a Free Accountability Strategy Call Actually Looks Like
This is what actually happens on a free Accountability Strategy Call.
"I don't know what to expect on a free call, so I keep not booking one."
If that is the sentence keeping you stuck, I get it.
The call you are picturing is probably:
- a hard sell
- a pitch for a six-month package
- a surprise price drop at the end
- someone telling you to just try harder
- a form you have to fill out first
- explaining your whole health history in twenty minutes
That is not the call.
Here's why I built it the opposite way.
Most of the moms who book already feel behind. They already feel like they should have figured this out alone by now. They have paid for programs, apps, macro calculators, and a few things they would rather not list out loud.
A pressure call is the last thing they need.
So I made it quiet on purpose.
What if the call was just twenty quiet minutes about where you keep getting stuck?
That is what it is.
What the call actually is:
- twenty minutes on Zoom
- one person talking, one person listening
- no form, no history intake
- no meal plan assignment
- no pitch deck
- no "if you sign up today"
It can look like:
- we name the loop you keep repeating
- we find the one habit that always breaks first
- we decide if coaching is the right next step
- or we decide it is not, and you still walk away with clarity
Most calls end in one of three ways.
Sometimes the mom on the other end is ready, and we talk about what coaching would look like for her actual week. We walk through her schedule. We pick a realistic start. She leaves with a plan and a person.
Sometimes she is not ready, and we pick one small action she can take this week by herself. Something that fits her actual life. She takes that and goes. Sometimes I hear from her three months later when she is ready for the next step. Sometimes I do not, and that is fine too.
Sometimes she just needed someone to say "that pattern is not a character flaw." That happens a lot. And that one sentence is often enough to change the week.
Any of those is a win.
Because the point of the call is not to close you.
The point is to make sure the next thing you do is a real thing, not another reset.
You do not have to prepare.
You do not have to know what to say.
You do not have to bring a list of goals or a food journal or a number on the scale.
You just have to show up and answer the question I always start with.
"What is the thing you keep trying to do, and what keeps getting in the way?"
That is the whole conversation.
Everything else we figure out from there.
I do not believe in high-pressure sales calls.
I do not believe you need to already be a client to get value from twenty minutes.
I do not believe any busy mom should have to research a coach for three weeks before booking a free call.
I believe you deserve a conversation, not a pitch.
I believe clarity is the thing, whether or not we end up working together.
