A FREE Place for Accountability, Consistency, and Real Support

One of the biggest questions I get is not about macros, workouts, or meal plans.

It is this:

“How do I actually stay consistent when life is busy?”

Most women already know what they should be doing.

What they are missing is structure and support.

That is why I created the MKH Accountability Facebook Group.

Why This Group Exists

This group is not another place to collect information and do nothing with it.

It is a space for busy moms who want help with:

  • Staying consistent with nutrition

  • Eating enough protein

  • Following through with movement and strength training

  • Building routines that fit real life

  • Getting back on track without guilt or extremes

No perfection. No pressure. No starting over every Monday.

What You Will Get Inside the Group

Inside the MKH Accountability Community, you will find:

  • Simple habit reminders that keep things realistic

  • Accountability-style check-ins to help you follow through

  • Nutrition and protein guidance you can actually use

  • Encouragement and honest conversations

  • A place to ask questions and not feel alone

This is the space I wish more moms had access to sooner. A middle ground between doing everything alone and committing to 1:1 coaching.

Who This Group Is For

This group is for you if:

  • You struggle to stay consistent once motivation fades

  • You feel overwhelmed by all-or-nothing thinking

  • You want guidance without rigidity

  • You want accountability without pressure

  • You want support that fits your real life

It is especially helpful if you are curious about accountability coaching but want to experience the support first.

How to Join

The MKH Accountability Facebook Group is completely free.

If you later decide you want more individualized support, this group is also where you will hear first about coaching opportunities, check-in options, and new offerings.

Consistency is built with support.

You do not have to do this alone.
